From The Stepford Wives to American Beauty, the suburbs have served as a eeire movie backdrop, underscoring fantasy versus reality in family life. Here, four rising talents - Matt Keeslar, Eliza Dushku, Zooey Deschanel, and Brenden Fehr - show off fall fashions in cinematic scenes of a suburban nightmare.

Even to those who haven't seen Eliza Dushku as Faith, Buffy's nemesis on TV's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, she probably looks familiar. An actor since she was a kid, she's appeared in several movies, including This Boy's Life and True Lies. She's following up her current role, as a peppy cheerleader in Bring It On, with a turn as a party girl in this fall's Soul Survivors.

"I usually get offered 'bad girls,'" says the 19-year-old. "Which is fine; I'm just looking for parts about interesting young women - there's still stories left to be told about them."
